Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Orders can only be canceled before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests received after the product has been shipped will be considered as returns.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unaltered and unworn. The product must also be in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or certificates that came with the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, altered, or has been worn.

Refund Policy

Payment Gateway

Refunds for online payments made through the Payment Gateway will be processed through the same Payment Gateway. Refunds will be subject to the policies and procedures of the Payment Gateway.
